About Our Supported Formats

We prefer to receive your files in one of the Adobe Creative Suite formats. These formats include InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat PDF. We support versions up to Creative Suite 2. When creating PDF files for spot color printing be careful to save all spot-color information in your file, otherwise we may be unable to color seperate it.

When submiting files from Indesign, QuarkXPress or Illustrator, remember to include any fonts and linked images used. QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign both have a option that will package your project with all the fonts and images. When saving Illustrator files (.ai, .eps) it is best to send a version with all fonts converted to outlines and all linked images included (a check box in the save dialog). This prevents errors in output from missing fonts or images.

File formats marked with an asterisk (*) above have been known to cause errors and various possible output problems. Spot-color printing might not be possible with these formats. When creating spot-color files please use Pantone Solid color swatches.
